The Space Science Museum is a space development exhibition hall located in the JAXA Tanegashima Space Center. In addition to exhibiting materials related to rockets and satellites, it also shows documentary films of space development.

Mondays, Year-end and New Year holidays (Dec. 18 - Jan. 2)
If Monday is a national holiday, the office is closed on the following Tuesday.
However, if Tuesday falls on a consecutive national holiday, the following day (weekday) will be closed.
Closed on the 1st and 5th Mondays in August.
